Constitution Introduction
The AACM Constitution and Regulations provide the formal framework for the organization and operation of the Asian-Australasian Association for Composite Materials. They define the Association’s name, objectives, membership, governance structure, officers, council procedures, conference organization, awards, finances, and amendment procedures.
The information provided on this website reflects, as best as possible, the AACM Constitution and Regulations based on available archival records. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute, the officially approved Constitution and Regulations shall prevail.
Membership
AACM membership includes individual members from Asian-Australasian nations, honorary members, and associate members from outside the Asian-Australasian region. Members and honorary members may participate in AACM activities, attend the General Assembly, become members of the Council and Executive Committee, serve as officers, and submit proposals to host ACCM conferences, subject to the Constitution and Regulations.
Individuals from Asian-Australasian nations may become members through participation and full registration at an ACCM Conference. Individuals from outside the region may become associate members through participation, registration, and special application, subject to approval by the Council.
